About I2I Foundation
Ideas to Impact (I2I) is a not-for-profit organization, with its office located in New Delhi. The I2I was established by a group of professionals who envisaged that improving Human Development is the priority of the time. The I2I Foundation is committed to developing models which are effective, efficient, scalable and sustainable.

I2I has a tax-exempt status under section 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donations and grants to I2I foundation are eligible for an 80G deduction. I2I Foundation stands as a recognized entity with accreditation under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), solidifying our compliance and credibility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to advance the organization’s mission and objectives.
• Program Excellence: Oversee program development, ensuring high-quality and impactful initiatives that meet the needs of the target beneficiaries.
• Financial Management: Manage the organization’s budget, drive financial sustainability, and explore new revenue streams through grants, partnerships, and fundraising.
• Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, government agencies, partners, and the community to enhance support and collaboration.
• Team Building: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
• External Relations: Represent the organization, build strategic partnerships, and advocate for the NGO’s mission to diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and empower a diverse team, fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Role Requirements:

At I2I, we seek talented professionals passionate about driving transformation and making a positive impact in society. We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and meet the role requirements:

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in social sciences or related field from a reputed university.
• Work Experience: We value both professional and personal experience. Candidates having 10-12 years of proven track record of transformative leadership in the NGO or social sector are encouraged to apply.
