Position Function: As a member of the Advancement Services and Prospect Development team and reporting to the Director of Gift Administration and Reporting, the Assistant Director of Gift Administration manages the Gift Processing area, as well as personally batching and processing gifts into the database of record (Raiser’s Edge NXT).
The Assistant Director will take a leading role in establishing and following internal controls, validation and quality assurance processes to ensure constituent and gift records are accurate, and will oversee management of documentation and record keeping, ensuring compliance to donor intention.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or an associate degree and two years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Each additional year of experience over the required minimum may substitute for one year of college (30 semester hours) on a year-for-year basis.
Minimum Experience: At least one year of related experience and/or experience in banking, accounting, retail cash management.
Minimum Other:
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Salary: The minimum salary for this position is $45,000.
