A newly-created opportunity for an Assistant Director of Sport to join Surrey Sports Park as part of an ambitious organisational re-structure, aligning our Business Development capabilities with our highly aspirational strategic roadmap.
You’ll be providing strategic and professional leadership to drive commercial growth and revenue generation at the Sports Park, formulating and executing strategies to expand revenue streams, foster partnerships and enhance marketing efforts.

Role & Responsibilities:
As Assistant Director of Sport, you’ll play a crucial role in elevating the profile and financial viability of both University and Community Programs from Surrey Sports Park.
You’ll play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious volume and income targets, maximising business growth through events and facility hires, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Sport Delivery & Operations department, driving the success and sustainability of all of our commercial endeavours.
