Minimum Position Qualifications | Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area and five (5) years of appropriate experience. Relevant experience may substitute for required education. |
Special Conditions | This is a 12 month position at University High School. UHS is in session for between 176 and 180 days per year. School days begin at 7:30am and end at 3:30pm Monday through Friday. First consideration to be given to current University of Memphis employees. |
Work Schedule | Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Assists in the planning and implementation of school-wide programs, policies, goals and objectives, including maintaining a positive school culture and climate; Oversees the planning and effective implementation of the Advisory program. Collaborates with the Executive Director to formulate, implement, and oversee a comprehensive school-wide culture plan which includes defining routines and expectations for both students and staff within and beyond the classroom. Develops a plan to ensure that all adults contribute to supervising public spaces, guaranteeing a safe, orderly, and respectful environment. |
