About the opportunity
Located in the Balmoral Family Centre Community Hub on Bell Street, our childcare service offers a nurturing environment, operating from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
We have a permanent part-time opportunity to join our Early Learning team and help ensure we provide a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children in our long day care service.
You will play an important role in assisting our Service Leader and other qualified educators to provide social and educational activities to build a child’s sense of belonging, resilience, kindness, and teamwork.

What’s on offer
Work part-time – 48 hours per fortnight (8 hours per day plus 1 hour unpaid lunch break) Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchased leave program.
About you
You will have a Certificate III in Early Childhood (or equivalent) and relevant experience in an Early Childhood services role.
You will also have a sound discipline and knowledge, including the underlying principles of Early Years, gained through experience, education and / or training.
