The Company:
An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Estimator to join a Tier 2 Main Contractor in Leicestershire. Our client operates within a specialist sector and predominantly operate within the Healthcare arena, boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.

My client enjoys a c£35 million turnover with their projects ranging in value from £100,000 – £6 million delivering both New Build and Refurbishment schemes.

About The Role:
As an Assistant Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region. Your focus is:
As an Assistant Estimator, you will be assisting as Senior Estimator in pricing competitive and negotiated tenders, whilst developing your skill set

About You:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage a varied and hectic workload.
• Degree or HNC/HND educated (desirable but not essential).
• Competent with Microsoft Excel with a good knowledge in Outlook & Word.
• Good working knowledge of JCT contracts & current building regulations
• Live in a commutable distance to Birmingham
