Working in collaboration with Severn Trent Water (STW), we are now looking to expand our
Operations Team, investing in an entry level agricultural advisor post to support with the
delivery of our collaborative agricultural advice programmes. Whilst initially, the post will
be short term, it is our ambition to integrate this role into the team for the long term, to
provide cross-cutting technical support in regenerative agriculture, sustainable soil
management and agri-environment advice.
Job title: Assistant Farm Advisor
Location of job: Hybrid working – home based with regular travel throughout
the middle Severn catchment and occasional working in SRT Head Office, Martley, Worcester.
Post holder reports to: Programme Manager (Upper Severn)
Salary: £21,600 – £25,200
Position type: 12-month fixed term, with expectation for extension subject to
funding and progress in the role.
Working arrangements: Full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a flexible
working approach.
28 days Annual Leave plus bank holidays.
