Salary: $4,174.00 – $5,615.00 Monthly

As the Assistant Fixed Wing Unit Manager, you will be working closely with the Fixed Wing Unit Manager to run up to 7 bases, 12+ aircraft, and 5 SEAT Managers all across the state of Washington.
Required Qualifications:
- SEAT Manager qualified (SEMG).
- Parking Tender qualified.
- Ramp Manager qualified.
- Experience in the development and implementation of training and work plans.
- Knowledge of fire behavior and aircraft use supporting an Incident Command System.
- Knowledge of accepted safety practices in suppressing fires.
- 2 years supervising Aviation wildland fire resources.
- Understanding and use of Agency/Program/Cooperators Aviation plans and contracts.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering and supporting an environment that honors diversity, equity, inclusion, and environmental justice practices.
- Perform assigned duties in a manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and public records retention and requests are followed.
