- Lead and inspire our Nursery and Reception teams, ensuring exceptional provision and outcomes in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Support the SENDCo in delivering and maintaining high standards of inclusive practice across the school.
- Lead, manage, and develop high-quality teaching and learning within their phase.
- Play a strategic role in enabling our disadvantaged pupils to make accelerated progress.
- Inspire a love of learning in both staff and pupils.
- Motivate and develop positive relationships with staff, parents, and children.
- Lead by example, modelling excellent practice and contributing to the school’s vision and ethos.
