Carinity Home Care – Toowoomba has an exciting opportunity for a new team member to join the team working on a part-time basis in the position of Assistant Lifestyle Coordinator.
Reporting to the Lifestyle Coordinator, as the Assistant Lifestyle Coordinator you will assist in the delivery of Home Care services, providing client- focused, high-quality care to the elderly in their own homes within the Toowoomba region.
The role is based in the Home Care office at Carinity Brownesholme. This site is located in Highfields, just a short drive from Toowoomba and close to all amenities.

What do I need for the role?
- Previous experience in Aged Care/NDIS is essential
- Availability Monday to Friday (8:30am – 15:00pm) tendersglobal.net Negotiable for the right candidate
- Training or experience in case management or care management in community aged or disability care
- Excellent problem solving skills and strong communications skills
- Availability to support client care services with staff shortfalls
- Rostering skill favourable but not essential
