2. Purpose of consultancy
Dans le cadre des activités relatives à la préparation et la réponse aux urgences sanitaires, le Bureau de l’OMS en République Démocratique du Congo, recrute un Assistant Logistique pour le sous bureau de Goma.
3. Background
Le titulaire du poste sera membre de l’équipe de la logistique et contribuera à la gestion des opérations logistiques quotidiennes au niveau provincial
4. Deliverables
Sous la supervision générale du chef du sous bureau de l’OMS et supervision technique du responsable Logistique de l’OMS du bureau, l’assistant logisticien aura pour tâches de :
1. Assurer la réception et la distribution des kits sanitaires, intrants labo ou tout autres cargos destinés aux populations de la province.
2. Faire le suivi de la distribution des intrants des différentes zones
3. Assurer la gestion des stocks avec des inventaires réguliers et le partage du rapport des consommations des intrants.
4. Appuyer le déploiement des différentes équipes en mission de terrain sur le plan logistique.
5. Appuyer l’assistant Administratif en place dans ces différentes activités.
6. Assurer la gestion du charroi automobile du sous-bureau et la maintenance des véhicules avec l’appui du gestionnaire du parc de l’OMS.
7. Assurer le suivi régulier de la maintenance des installations et du matériels
8. Faire un rapport pour l’ensemble des activités et le partager à la fin de chaque semaine.
9. Accomplir toutes les autres responsabilités et services de soutien ou les tâches confiées par le superviseur.
5. Qualifications, experience, skills and languages
Educational Qualifications :
Essential: Fin d’études secondaires, préférable en Administration, en Économie et/ou en Gestion.
Desirable: Une formation de pratiques administratives générales ou technique en mettant l’accent sur la logistique, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou la logistique de la santé
La maîtrise des outils logistiques serait un atout.
Experience:
Essential: Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans des postes de logistique, et une bonne connaissance de ses règles, le règlement, les procédures et les pratiques liées au travail de la logistique
Desirable: Expérience de travail significative dans un domaine similaire au sein du Système des Nations Unies ou ONG internationales en charge de matière d’urgence et d’actions humanitaires
