Halifax based manufacturing business has seen fantastic growth and are looking to introduce an Assistant Management Accountant into their established Finance function. You will be supporting senior finance and the management accounts team in general month-end duties and production of management accounts.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career as a management accountant. This will offer you great exposure to the month end process and enable you to progress in a market leading business.You will be working collectively with the Financial Controller and wider management accounts department to achieve the following responsibilities:

• To support the preparation of timely monthly consolidated management accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet with analysis
• Manage and maintain the Fixed Asset Register
• Monthly VAT returns
• Balance sheet reconciliation and reporting
• Ad-hoc work

Preferably you will have had experience in a similar role and be part-qualified in (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
