Reporting to Director, Learning & Talent Management, the jobholder will support the Talent Management function in the development and implementation of talent management programmes and policies with the objective of building and strengthening the University’s talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end administration and logistical arrangements of talent development programmes, namely the Management Associate Programme and LEAD@NTU. This includes the process of
Collaborate and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Programme participants, training facilitators, vendors etc) to ensure smooth implementation of all programme elements
Manage the procurement process for procurement of service providers and materials
Manage and track programme budget and expenditure
Facilitate processing of all invoices for services partners
Collate and analyse programme feedback and make recommendations on areas of improvement
Attend to and provide advice for all enquiries pertaining to the programmes/ initiatives related to the Talent Management function
Support marketing efforts to generate visibility for talent development programmes such as website content and promotional materials
Requirements
Degree with 1-3 years of experience in Human Resource function, preferably with prior experiences in supporting the administration of training programmes/talent programmes
Candidates with prior experiences in administering and coordinatin talent assessment tools/ processes such as psychometric assessments, assessment centres, coaching sessions will have an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills in building rapport and trusting relationship with various stakeholders.
