What you’ll doAs the Assistant Brand Marketing Manager for Marks & Spencer, you hold a pivotal role in driving the brand’s identity, values, and messaging to target audiences. You’re tasked with developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and boost sales.Your role will be to support the Senior Marketing Manager in the development and execution of all events, sale and local marketing activities, (strategy, brief, creative development, execution, launch) to deliver against set objectives, on time and on budget.
- Brief development – supporting the Senior Marketing Manager with all briefs
- Campaign management (from brief to execution and PIR)
- Support end to end Local Marketing process (working closely with Foods and owning Media briefs for new store openings)
- Support end to end Sale event processes
Who you are
- In depth understanding of Marketing and channels – retail and digital
- Retail experience in large matrix organisations (must have online retail experience)
- Leader in a customer first near-term Marketing strategy (must have campaign and trade role experience)
- Excellent planning skills: you work pro-actively, are organised and structured.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management
- Excellent influencing skills
- Ability to handle fast paced, changing plans, bringing calm and clarity
