The Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking an Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology to serve as a full-time physician at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital. The successful applicant will demonstrate: evidence of teaching or other specialty-related accomplishments; basic competency in comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology, including gynecologic surgery, and experience with high risk patients. The position offers a competitive salary with excellent university benefits and an academic appointment at the Keck School of Medicine of USC commensurate with training and experience.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: MD Degree, active Physician and Surgeon certificate of the Medical Board of California
  • Minimum experience:  Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in obstetrics and gynecology

The annual base salary range for this position is $230,000-$265,000.  When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
