- Teaching: Teach students (both graduate and undergraduate) face-to-face in the classroom and online. Teach Courses in Strategy and Organizational Behavior
- Research: Publish in academic journals and attend academic conferences
- Service: Display leadership and participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of college and department programs. Participate in department, college, and university committees, and other activities associated with professional status and perform duties essential to the college and university mission. Perform related duties essential to the university teaching profession
