- Locations: Prairiewood & Liverpool. This position involves working across two sites.
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our services. Here’s how:

What We’re Looking For:
- A deep passion for the disability industry and a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
- Demonstrated leadership prowess in managing larger teams of specialised staff. Inspire and motivate others to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Proven track record in effectively managing and adapting to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Build meaningful connections with both team members and individuals with disabilities.

- Possess firsthand experience in disability services or a related field. A solid understanding of the industry is key to excelling in this role.
- While not mandatory, qualifications in disability services or an equivalent field is preferred.
