  • Locations: Prairiewood & Liverpool. This position involves working across two sites.

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our services. Here’s how:

What We’re Looking For:

  • A deep passion for the disability industry and a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
  • Demonstrated leadership prowess in managing larger teams of specialised staff. Inspire and motivate others to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Proven track record in effectively managing and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Build meaningful connections with both team members and individuals with disabilities.
  • Bring an innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our services and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Possess firsthand experience in disability services or a related field. A solid understanding of the industry is key to excelling in this role.
  • While not mandatory, qualifications in disability services or an equivalent field is preferred.
