Acumen Academy is seeking an Associate, with at least 5 years of experience, who speaks and writes Spanish fluently and can converse and write at a medium level in English, and is willing to travel around Colombia 4 – 6 weeks of the year, to lead operations on our new Leadership Program that we are adapting to rural and community-based leaders.

The new Leadership Development Program for rural and grassroots leaders in Colombia is an adaptation of our renown Fellow Program for a rural audience that will launch its first cohort in 2024.
About the role
We are looking for someone to take accountability for the overall experience of our Leadership Program for rural and grassroots leaders.
Accountabilities
Lead Program Operations
Act as team lead on the adaptation of our Fellows program: oversee program operations, define the program delivery calendar annually, make adjustments and adapt to the global survey and templates, so they respond to the needs of the regions.
