Associate Director

Solidago Conservancy is a nonprofit land trust working with local families and partners to protect and enhance the Salt Valley Greenway, an “emerald necklace” and connecting green corridors in Lincoln and Lancaster County, Nebraska. The Associate Director is a new position responsible for assisting the Executive Director with the management and growth of the organization as Solidago Conservancy deepens and scales its work. The position will:

• Lead fund development efforts
• Play a central role in organizational leadership and operations
• Support all phases of individual conservation projects
• Lead new program opportunities in support of Solidago’s mission

The position will be based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with locally remote work and flexible scheduling. It may be structured as half-time or full-time depending on candidate fit and organizational needs. This is a key leadership role in a small, mission-driven organization.
