Definition of Class
The University of Mississippi’s Office of Academic Outreach is seeking an Associate Director for Online Programs. This position assists with tracking new online program development, enrollment, online program marketing, reporting, and national trends of online education. The incumbent will also participate in strategic planning and program assessment for Online Programs, oversee a team of instructional designers and the development of online student support.

Minimum Education/Experience
Education:
Master’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
AND
Experience:
Three (3) years of experience related to the above described duties.
Substitution Statement: Related education and related experience may be substituted on a basis set forth by the Department of Human Resources.
