Associate Director Stewardship Donor
Relations – (2400018T) Description  The Associate
Director, reporting to the Director, Stewardship and Donor
Relations, works as a member of the Stewardship and Donor Relations
team to manage donor stewardship and recognition. The Associate
Director will support the Stewardship and Donor Relations Program
by providing thoughtful partnership and project management
oversight for a stewardship activities portfolio including impact
reports, acknowledgments, recognition within proposals, and
recognition societies. The Associate Director is expected to
actively contribute to overall stewardship strategy development
across the Foundation and assist with other stewardship and donor
recognition projects for the Foundation.

Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Minimum Work Experience
6 years progressive experience (Required)

Required Skills/Knowledge
Outstanding verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate
with donors, colleagues, institutional leadership, faculty, and
staff.
A high level of initiative, compassion, creativity, and enthusiasm
coupled with an ability to earn the confidence of a wide range of
internal and external constituents.
Proficiency with donor database software and project management is
desired, with a focus on recognition and reporting preferred.
