This is an exciting opportunity for a missional and inspirational leader to shape our social transformation ministries, envisioning and developing innovative ways to share the love of Jesus and make a transformative impact on Kingdom growth.

• You will champion and encourage our vision to see Lives Transformed, Hope Restored and Freedom Found in Jesus.

• You will have a particular focus on the discernment and development of missional opportunities in the parish, particularly the Calmore estate.

• You will be the primary clergy liaison for St Anne’s Calmore.

• You will oversee ‘Love Totton’ – the social transformation ministries of the parish.

• You will oversee and develop the prayer life of the church

The Associate, Rector and Curate will work closely together with the Operations Manager as she oversees operations, facilities, events and safeguarding. Together they will form the Senior Leadership Team.
