They have been highly successful with turnover almost doubling y-o-y in recent years and work with an eclectic and international client base ranging from Fortune 500s to mid-sized firms to disruptive start-ups and PE portfolio firms.

They seek an Associate Partner to play a leading role in shaping and driving this next phase of growth. A rare and exciting option to balance an entrepreneurial/start-up feel within an established and successful firm.

It requires a balancing act; the ability to shape and lead engagements with expertise in both genuine business change and also the systems solution underpinning any major project; a strong background in both delivery and sales of management consulting projects; and the ability to marry a blue-chip ‘high level’ career education with a growth-stage firm mentality.

Consulting experience across one or more of the following industry sectors is also required: Consumer Goods, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing & Engineering, Private Equity, Energy, Travel & Leisure, Infrastructure & Transport.
