Job Views 4Description The OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading AV Events company as an Audio-Visual Manager.You will manage all AV technicians, trainees, and apprentices, ensuring top-notch service and performance of audio-visual equipment for their corporate clients.In this role, you will collaborate closely with other managers on AV projects, attend briefing and debriefing meetings, and serve as the primary point of contact for all audio-visual needs and event planning.Due to the structure of the business, you will need to be flexible in your approach to work as it will be a very hands-on role for someone who likes to get stuck in.Key responsibilities:Taking ownership of projects from the enquiry through to planning
Client liaison and support
To plan for the provision of all AV needs at events
Assessing AV equipment prior to event delivery
Operational management and stock control
Onsite technical event delivery alongside team of technicians
Budget management and quotes
Booking equipment
Working with in-house teamsBased from their Leicester HQ – salary is £40k-£45k p.a. doe plus benefits.Your skills and experienceThe successful candidate will have successful experience of-Managing AV engineers and technicians
Managing the Audio Visual for Events – conferences, exhibitions, awards nights etc.
Managing Hire of Audio Visual Equipment
LED Video WallsYou will have:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
