The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries. As a key leadership figure within the Audit team, you will lead and develop members of the audit team whilst ensuring clients receive a quality service in all aspect.You’ll make an impact by:

• Identifying and resolving key audit matters and contentious items, in consultation with the client, senior members of the team and our national technical team as appropriate.
• Briefing and overseeing staff on assignments and providing on the job training as required.
• Attending and presenting at client audit committee and board meetings.
• Assisting with business development opportunities, including participation in scoping and pitching.
• Attending and participating in networking events.

• ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Previous experience of carrying out Assurance-related tasks within a professional services firm, ideally at Manager grade
• Proven experience in client handling and in producing high-quality Assurance
• Experience of analytical review approach desirable
