On 14th May 2024, it was announced that Flutter would be moving its primary listing from the UK to the US, and its global operational headquarters from Dublin to New York (effective 31st May 2024).What You’ll be Doing…Provide expert guidance in process design.Design, implement, test, and launch automation solutions.Estimate project implementation effort.Continuously improve and optimize existing working practices to enhance efficiency and quality.Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Maintenance, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful projects.Maintain and update Developer Standards related to automation best practices.Mentor and guide peers through code reviews, development sessions, and pair-programming.Investigate and document alternative solutions and best practices for future development.Some Things We’re Looking for…Commercial experience in one or more RPA toolsets such as Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or PEGA/OpenSpan.Quick and creative problem-solving abilities based on factual analysis.Familiarity with version control software (e.g., Git).Understanding of CI/CD principles for automated testing and deployment.Knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and associated automation tools.Proficiency in command-line scripting (e.g., PowerShell).Ability to integrate low-code development platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform) with UiPath.Clear articulation of solution designs for complex automations involving RPA, low-code apps, custom connectors, console scripting, and SQL.Strong stakeholder management & communication skills, forming good working relationships with teammates (especially Business Analysts).Self-reliance in managing, reporting, and estimating effort for your own work.A bonus if you have excellent UiPath knowledge, including best practices and technologies (e.g., RE_Framework, Exception handling, UI Automations, API Usage, Libraries, Cloud Orchestrator, Attended vs. Unattended Processes, Action Center).A plus if you have experience with programming (preferable in Java / .NET (C#, VB, etc.)/ VBA / HTML/ SQL) is a plus.Even better if you have experience with other automation capabilities, e.g. IBM Watson, NLP, LLM, Document Understanding, OCR.Benefits:Uncapped Holiday Allowance (you read that right!)Flexible workingCareer ProgressionEnhanced Pension Scheme (please ask for your location and we will share)Bonus SchemeLife AssuranceIncome protectionPrivate healthcare (with option to add dependent)£/₤1,000 annual self-development learning fund & Access to thousands of Udemy coursesInvest via the Company Share save Scheme, Discount vouchers, Volunteering days.‘Take 20’ work from another location for up to 20 daysEnhanced Parental Leave and paid time off for appointments.Reward portal eg. electric car scheme, gym membership discounts etc.Wellbeing schemeOn-site Gym, Canteen and Gaming area plus many more!At Flutter we’re working to be an inclusive employer, and we encourage people from all backgrounds, ways of thinking and working to apply.
