A ka Recruitment are proud to be working with a local client of ours to bring you a Service Advisor role based in Huddersfield. This role also involves workshop control duties so is the ideal role for someone wanting to step up in their automotive career! Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm with very occasional Saturday mornings. The salary basic ranges between £27-29k, depending on experience, with a good OTE available on top!Duties Include:

• Speaking and dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
• Initiate service documents, job cards and update customer records on the Kerridge System
• Upselling of additional products to customers
• Liaising with Customers to keep them updated on their vehicle
• Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken

Requirements:

• Experience within the Automotive Service Advisor position is essential
• Knowledge of the Kerridge system is again advantageous
• Good Customer Service Skills is a must
• High attention to detail and organisation skills are essential
