B2B Sales Executive
Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40,000-£45,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 4:30pm

Looking for a fresh opportunity in a supportive, fast-growing business?Morson Talent is recruiting on behalf of a leading energy company for several B2B Sales Executives to join a brand-new team at their Birchwood office. This is an exciting chance to join a business in rapid growth, offering full training, excellent earning potential, and clear career progression.About the Role:
As a B2B Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Making around 50 calls per day to potential business customers
  • Sourcing leads from Google and an in-house CRM of previous customers (warm leads)
  • Managing the full sales cycle – from first contact to account management over 6-12 months
  • Promoting fuel cards that offer discounted fuel rates and improved business cash flow
  • Cross-selling additional services such as carbon neutral (HPO) products

What’s on Offer:

  • Uncapped commission: bonus on application and additional bonus through account management and upselling
  • Average commission of £1,600/month – top earners reach £2,000+
  • Monthly volume bonus of £250 for customers using circa 5,000+ litres

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Sales experience (B2B, B2C, face to face or over the phone) OR highly money-motivated individuals (you don’t need to have sales experience, just the right attitude and willingness to learn)
  • Confident communicator with drive and ambition
  • Comfortable working to KPIs and generating own leads
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and ready to grow with a new team
