Banking & FinanceA Senior opportunity is available within a highly successful law firm with offices across the South and providing legal advice across multiple disciplines. The opportunity is part of further expansion and requires a Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level to join their Banking and Finance department.The Banking and Finance department are a collaborative, commercially focused, cost effective team who are well versed in the complexities of this fast-moving sector providing expert advice to both financial institutions and those looking to raise funds.
Recognised as experts in a broad range of banking and finance matters. Their banking solicitors sit on advisory panels of most major UK banks and a number of other institutional lenders. They also act for a wide range of corporate and individual borrower clients.The department provides commercially aware, no nonsense advice tailored to the client’s individual needs.This role offers the opportunity for immediate exposure to high quality work from day one and provides excellent opportunities for career progression.This is an exciting opportunity for a 7+ PQE lawyer looking for their next challenge.The ideal candidate will have gained experience at either a city or leading regional practice, and take an active role in marketing and business development.The successful candidate will have a network of existing relationships, possess a strong reputation in the area together with sound technical and procedural knowledge. Candidates will also need to have strong organisation skills and be dynamic in their approach.
