Wadkins Associates are collaborating with a top tier banking firm to assist their search for a Banking & Finance Lawyer for their London office.The firm is a widely and highly regarded practice in general banking and finance. Their client base includes leading banks, financial institutions credit funds, and debt providers, as well as corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and financial advisers.You will offer your expertise within several areas, including real estate finance, trade finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate lending, asset-based lending, oil and gas/reserves-based lending, telecoms finance and emerging market financing.Advantages of the role include:
