Banking & Finance Associate/Senior Associate 4+ PQE – Leeds A UK-Top 100 firm seeks an ambitious Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate to join their highly regarded team in Leeds. The Opportunity: The role will involve advising clients on a full range of banking matters and transactions from start to finish. The team regularly act for a wide range of lender, investor, corporate and developer clients on funding for property acquisitions and development, corporate acquisitions and refinancing. Having recently won places on an increasing number of bank panels, they are expanding their client base to include a number of challenger banks and specialist real estate lenders, particularly in the healthcare sector. Transactions are often complex and high-value. Candidate requirements: – Qualified Solicitor with minimum 4 years’ PQE – Experience gained within a large regional or national practice – You must be a team-player, with the drive to help grow the practice – Specific sector experience is not essential, however real estate finance or corporate finance experience will be beneficial There is a substantial package on offer with starting salary from ££65k upwards depending on experience as well as a comprehensive benefits package. There is also hybrid working with usually 2 days in the office per week, however they are willing to consider further flexibility if necessary.
