You will work closely with senior partners and clients to provide strategic legal advice, draft documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Provide legal advice and support on banking and finance transactions
- Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and financial contracts
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes
- Assist with due diligence processes and transaction negotiations
- Liaise with clients, external counsel, and regulatory authorities as necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in banking and finance law
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial markets
- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex financial agreements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to understand clients’ business needs
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
