You will work closely with senior partners and clients to provide strategic legal advice, draft documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Provide legal advice and support on banking and finance transactions
• Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and financial contracts
• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes
• Assist with due diligence processes and transaction negotiations
• Liaise with clients, external counsel, and regulatory authorities as necessary
• Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in banking and finance law
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial markets
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex financial agreements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to understand clients’ business needs
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
