A leading regional law firm with a strong presence in the UK legal market is seeking a talented banking & finance Solicitor to join them. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of post-qualification experience. They will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex banking and finance matters, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising UK and international syndicates of banks on secured and unsecured financings.
• Building and managing relationships with corporate service providers for non-bank lendings.
• Offering guidance to facility and security agents, as well as trustees, on capital markets and structured finance products.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-6 years of PQE.
• Proven experience in banking and finance law, with a focus on syndicated loans and corporate lending.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Expected salary

£60000 – 80000 per year
