Your New Job Title: Mandarin speaking Sales Trader (Financial Markets and Treasury), London

The Skills You’ll Need: Excellent level of written and spoken Mandarin, with solid Trading experience in FX / gold / precious metals / derivatives, etc.

Your New Salary: £70-90k depending on experience + bonus

Location: Central London

Report to: Head of Financial Markets

Job status: Permanent

• have trading experience in FX / gold / precious metals / derivatives, etc

Summary:

• To trade foreign exchange, commodities (Precious Metals), derivatives, money market, investment activities under authorisation.
• To research macro economy and monitor market information.

What You’ll be Doing Each Day:

• Monitor market news, provide updates and trade suggestions regularly;
• Research on macro economy, interest rates, foreign exchange rates and credit market trends, consult other trader’s views, and provide relative research reports;
• Cover FX activities and Precious Metal trading activities, including trades on behalf of the Parent Bank, according to procedures under authorisation;
• Deal money market and investment activities under authorisation;
• Cover other trading activities and other duties when required under authorisation;
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly business reports;
• Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Financial Market.

The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Excellent level of written and spoken Mandarin
• Solid UK Trading experience in FX / gold / precious metals / derivatives, etc.
• Responsible for own decisions and prepare to take ownership and responsibility for their duties.
• Be able to open and cooperative with the FCA, the PRA and other regulators.
• Be able to pay due regard to the interests of customers and treat them fairly.
• Be able to observe proper standards of market conduct.
