How can you make a difference?
The purpose of internship is to help ICT (Information and Communications Technology) team in day-to-day activities mostly focused on end user support using the helpdesk platform, both physical and remotely. Monitoring systems closely and proactively helping users is a key factor in effectiveness of ICT Operations. The intern may also support for the building infrastructure, T4D, if, and research and explore tools and solutions which could be adopted to improve operations and programme effectiveness and efficiency.

UNICEF appointments are subject to medical clearance. Issuance of a visa by the host country of the duty station, which will be facilitated by UNICEF, is required for IP positions. Government employees that are considered for employment with UNICEF are normally required to resign from their government before taking up an assignment with UNICEF. UNICEF reserves the right to withdraw an offer of appointment, without compensation, if a visa or medical clearance is not obtained, or necessary inoculation requirements are not met, within a reasonable period for any reason.
