What is the Be You initiative?
headspace in collaboration with Beyond Blue deliver “Be You”, the national mental health in education initiative. Be You supports educators from early learning services and schools to develop a positive, inclusive and resilient learning community where every child, young person, educator and family can achieve their best possible mental health.
About the role
This exciting and diverse position will:
- Prepare reporting and data insights.
- Coordinate all aspects of Be You events including travel, venue, catering and speakers.
- Collate and analyse budget and workforce information to support program management and planning.
- Support development of new Be You resources and content, intended for internal and external use.
Who we’re looking for
headspace is seeking someone with
- Proven experience in project coordination and contracts management.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Have the right to live and work in Australia
- Have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent, and/or pass all of the WWCC(s) required for this role (please note that for some roles, headspace requires WWCCs for other State/Territories in addition to your Home State)
- Satisfactorily undergo a headspace Police Check
