Job Summary:
This position is for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, which means being able to change direction quickly, multitask, and demonstrate a passion and eagerness to learn new technologies. The Epic application analyst will collaborate with and provide tier-two support to their team and/or counterparts from other applications to successfully meet the development and implementation objectives for assigned Epic applications. Effectively manages competing and changing priorities. Under minimal supervision, serves as project lead for key initiatives, including performing project management duties, as assigned. Develops, documents, and adheres to the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with related applications and systems. Interacts professionally with leadership, faculty, staff, and vendors.
Job Duties:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (4 years of comparable experience may be substituted for a degree).
Experience:
Epic certification/proficiency in any module preferred.
Additional Licenses and Certifications:
As specified by the department director, Epic certification for assigned modules are required within eighteen (18) months of hire. Epic certification must be maintained per Epic Corporation standards.
