Your Role

As a Core or Proficient Behavioural Superhero, you’ll be side-kicking with Allied Health Professionals to provide tailored support plans to our incredible clients – from kids to wise adults, we’ve got the whole range! Expect a diverse caseload with various intellectual and psychosocial diagnoses.

But wait, there’s more! Get ready for weekly or fortnightly check-ins with our Senior Practitioners, monthly hangouts with your superhero colleagues, and continuous support from our Allied Health heroes and your Team Leader. We’re like a family, but with capes!

Duties

  • Develop Super Functional Behavioural Assessments and Behaviour Analysis Support Plans
  • Liaise with everyone from clients to government departments – we’re the communicators of the superhero world!
  • Provide superhero-level behavioural interventions in group and individual settings
  • Use your superpowers (aka evidence-based theories) to create program designs
  • Build epic relationships with key stakeholders – because teamwork makes the dream work
  • Follow NDIS quality and safeguard commission requirements like a superhero code

Pre-requisite to Apply

A current registration to practice as a Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner in accordance with the NDIS Capability Framework.

Skills and Experience

  • A degree in a relevant field or experience!
  • Ability to communicate with people of all abilities and cultural backgrounds – we’re all about inclusivity!
  • Work within a client-centric approach with a positive superhero mindset.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills – your reports will be like superhero origin stories!
  • Current driver’s license and the ability to travel – because superheroes don’t just stay in one place!
