The Operator will be based on-site at the renowned Imperial College London.. This is a crucial role in a critical environment, ensuring the seamless operation of sophisticated building systems.You will be working in diverse building environments including Data Centres, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory & Research, Higher Education, Student Accommodation, and Leisure Facilities. Flexibility is required to support the customer requirements, in line with the operating hours of the campuses.You will– Proactively oversee and manage these systems, responding to technical queries and alarms.– Address technical issues promptly using advanced technologies and BEMS systems, making necessary adjustments and troubleshooting problems.– Deliver regular system reports on technical equipment performance, building comfort, and energy efficiency. Confidently discuss data with local field engineers to ensure timely issue resolution.– Maintain professional communication with customers and suppliers, representing SSE effectively and ensuring consistent service delivery.– Organise and dispatch workloads efficiently, adhering to set SLAs.
