CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Bid Manager on a permanent full-time basis, in Belfast with a salary of up to £65,000 per year.Our client:

• A leading provider of quality heating, installation and inspection, while also providing the highest of standards in maintenance and servicing.
• Currently employ over 100 staff, generating a stunning 36 million revenue in 2023.
• Customer base that includes the public and private sector.
• An ambitious plan to achieve revenue of 100 million by 2028, so this is a pivotal role for you to work with our client on this journey.

The role:With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, you will:

• Have responsibility in managing all aspects of the bid process from tender identification, through to submittal and the awarding of the contract, while working closely with the CEO and COO.

The person:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Bid Manager field.
• A degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Demonstrable experience working on local authority and public sector tenders.
• Proven up to date knowledge of public procurement regulations.
• Bid Management experience working within a ‘service’ led company, such as IT, healthcare, facilities management will be a distinct advantage.
• Ability to work autonomously along with excellent organisational skills, and the ability prioritise workload and deadlines.
• A problem solver and able to analyse and interpret public sector scoring/marking criteria in tenders to structure answers that are clear and fully answer the question.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office and bid management software.
• Strong track record of developing stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
