It starts with you.As our Bid Manager you’ll join our established Bids and Proposals team, working on a dynamic pipeline of opportunities across our health, wellbeing and clinical services. This exciting and varied role offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders from across the business and grow professionally.Reporting to the Head of Bids and Tenders, you will be able to confidently manage the end-to-endproduction of fully compliant bid/tender submissions which exceed customer expectations and maximise win likelihood.As our Bid Manager, you will:Manage the end-to-end production of successful proposalsCollaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to meet tender deadlinesCreate new written and graphic materials and review/edit existing contentChampion the established bid processesSupport the production of bespoke presentation resourcesAdd value to the continual development and embedding of best practicesAs our Bid Manager, you bring:Bid/tender/proposal experience (min. 7 years), in a mix of public sector and corporate bidsGood understanding of different types of procurement processes (proposals/Direct contract/DPS/Frameworks etc.)Honours degree or equivalentSelf-motivation and comfortable working independentlyConfident leading stakeholder engagement and co-ordinating activityExcellent written and verbal communication skills (inc. MS Office suite)Effective time management/prioritisation and project management skillsAbility to balance multiple projects with complex and conflicting demandsBid/tender/proposal experience, in a mix of public sector and corporate bidsDesirable but not essential:Relevant health, wellbeing and clinical services industry experienceAPMP membership and /or certificationPRINCE2 or other project management qualificationJoin Nuffield Health and be at the forefront of transforming technological support services within the healthcare industry.
