🌟 Fantastic Bid Writer opportunity 🌟My client is seeking a dynamic motivated Bid Writer to join their team, taking charge of managing the production of all company submissions, from tender quality proposals to expression of interest documents, where you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying potential business ventures, collaborating with clients, and planning teams, and crafting compelling bid documents.Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively seek out potential business opportunities, working closely with clients and planning teams to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Pre-Qualification: Gather evidence and collect data to complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), ensuring compliance with all requirements and regulations.
  • Data Collection: Collect and analyse data for bids, including financial records and other relevant information, to support the development of winning proposals.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure bid compliance by thoroughly checking and understanding the rules and regulations governing each bid.
  • Technical Presentation: Present technical information in clear and concise ways, making complex concepts easy to understand for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and save materials to a ‘bid library’ for future reference, ensuring efficiency and consistency in bid writing processes.
  • Document Design and Submission: Design, write, edit, and submit bid documents, ensuring they are polished, professional, and aligned with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in bid writing, with background in social housing.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in presenting technical information in accessible formats.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to accuracy and compliance in all bid-related activities.
