As a Bid Writer, you will play a crucial role in the Bid team, responsible for crafting compelling proposals and bids in response to client requests and tenders. You will liaise with multiple internal departments to manage and deliver responses for PQQs, bids, presentations, case studies, and other business development materials. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with the Operations and Construction teams on projects that emphasise social value.This position is an excellent opportunity for someone at a junior level looking to advance their career or for an experienced bid writer seeking to transition into a new industry.What’s In It for You:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of bid requirements and processes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders throughout the tender process.
  • Coordinate bid schedules and ensure contributors meet internal deadlines.
  • Write and edit proposal content, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and organisation.
  • Manage multiple bids simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and submission requirements.
  • Collect, review, and manage technical input from subject matter experts.
  • Format and proofread final bid documents.
  • Clearly communicate win themes in proposal documents.
  • Review contract execution performance and provide feedback for future improvements.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of templates, standard materials, and marketing information.
