Job Description

AECOM’s Digital Practice and Technology group is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist with experience in Architectural and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modeling. This is a remote work opportunity.

Job Summary:

• Works efficiently with limited supervision performing various REVIT modeling tasks utilizing a wide variety of resources, software, and workflows.

• Responsibilities may include initializing the project startup through delivery.

• May train and supervise workflow as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS Degree + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

• Architectural modeling and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modeling within REVIT

• Due to nature of work involved, US Citizenship is required for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• REVIT Certified

• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Experience with Navisworks or Bentley ORD/OBM

• Experience with survey data and processing

• Experience with point cloud data

• Exempt Position: Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position typically is $80,000 – $95,000. Please note that this role can be based anywhere in the United States and compensation data will vary in each location, including higher or lower than the stated range.
