Introduction
The BMEU e-governance system shall be a centralized web-based platform featuring multiple interfaces: a web portal for internal BMEU and MoH users, a mobile app for remote validation by MoH health facilities, electronic integration with existing MoH systems, a reporting module for performance monitoring, and an admin panel for user access management and policy control.
