Purpose of the Board Coordination Lead role
The Board Coordination Lead role is responsible for providing seamless, high-quality coordination and governance services to support the effective functioning of the Achieve Australia Limited (AAL) Board, Achieve Foundation (TAF) Board, Board sub-committees, and Executive Committees. You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Company Secretary to deliver high level secretariat services to the Boards and Board Committees. This role is permanent, 3 days a week and requires a degree of flexibility.

Role Responsibilities:
As Board Coordination Lead, your duties will include:
- Supporting the CEO and Company Secretary with the collation and dispatch of Board and Committee papers.
- Assisting the Company Secretary with the lodgment of all information required to be lodged with the corporate regulator.
- Providing administrative support to the Chair and Directors including coordinating and scheduling meetings, and diary management.
- Working with the CEO, Company Secretary and Directors to prepare the annual schedule of Org Board and Board Committee meetings and any additional meetings.
- Assisting the CEO and Company Secretary with the administration of the AAL Board and Board subcommittees. This includes taking minutes at all Board and Committee meetings. Event arrangement and logistics, co-ordination of directors (direct liaison, diary, technical support), catering and run sheet preparation.
- Providing general administrative support as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Board Coordinator or personal or executive assistant gained in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time.
- Ability to maintain high degree of attention to detail whilst working under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident and calm demeanour and diplomacy with the ability to liaise with people at all levels of seniority.
- Willingness to actively contribute to and work as an effective team member.
- Excellent report production and presentation production skills.
- Advanced skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite.
