JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Branch Administrator (BA) supports the Branch Manager, Operations leaders, and Account Executives in the areas of administration, compliance, and controls. The BA’s goal is to make Bluestem easy to work with and to maximize time in the field and/or time with customers, so that we can deliver outstanding customer experience and quality. The BA is responsible for making sure that data flows correctly between sales, operations, and finance.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Weekly invoicing
- Tracking & reviewing Sales spreadsheets
- Support marketing and inside sales functions
- New job set up for sales/production
- Supporting scheduling and other miscellaneous tasks of Branch Manager.
- Attending to client needs
