Our client is well known for honest, professional recruitment services. Operating across the General Staffing Services sectors they have a loyal and, in some cases, exclusive client base. They have a small and efficient branch network and are located in many key towns and cities across the Midlands. The workforce is stable and they encourage internal progression and promotions wherever possible.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to head up the Derby Branch. They are looking for an ambitious and capable leader who can build the team, inspire, coach and mentor. You will be tasked with the full day-to-day management of the team and will be expected to lead by example, sell the services to local businesses, and grow the branch which is making good profit margins. The team will need to be recruited, supervised, trained, and will require a motivated, disciplined, and driven manager.
The role will suit an existing Branch Manager looking for a more autonomous role or a Senior Consultant looking for their first step into a managerial role. It will be a hands-on role where you will be expected to take control of the business, attend visits, and create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring. You will have full P&L responsibility and will be expected to take full charge and run the branch as if this were your own business.
The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge within an autonomous environment.
Previous managerial experience within a focused, targeted recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving licence.
