You’ll act as a true brand guardian, ensuring our communications are consistently on-brand across the full marketing mix, as well as working on specific categories to define strategies for growth. You’ll work with our internal creative team and agency partners for both Media Planning and Creative to deliver effective above-the-line marketing campaigns, driving both brand health and direct response. You’ll also deliver an annual social and influencer strategy to drive brand consideration with new audiences.Key responsibilities include:

  • Above-the-line media briefing, planning, delivery and evaluation, working closely with our media agency to deliver our peak and off-peak above-the-line campaigns across ATL media channels including TV, VOD, Radio, OOH, YouTube etc
  • Collaboration with our creative agency in development of new brand campaign assets
  • Work closely with in-house design & copy team to brief and deliver brilliant, on-brand marketing communications
  • Work with performance marketing & design team to deliver YouTube strategy
  • Responsible for Social as a channel and line managing Senior Social Media Executive to deliver social content across Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook
  • Work with influencer platforms and media agency to deliver large and smaller scale influencer activations
  • Deliver actionable customer insight from brand tracking, utilising results to inform brand planning
  • Work with internal stakeholders and econometrics agency to deliver annual review and channel optimisation
  • Collaborating with our Senior Campaign Manager to inform our peak and off-peak campaign planning with brand insight and direction.

Success will be measured by:

  • Successful execution of marketing campaigns to meet or exceed business targets
  • Increase in customer acquisition and retention rates, and growth in customer lifetime value
  • Impact of brand marketing campaigns and customer engagement metrics measured by brand tracking and customer feedback
  • Attention to detail and clear communication and campaign delivery, on time and to budget

Key experience will include:

  • Working with well-known brands, in the DTC, eCommerce, retail world
  • Experience working on above-the-line media activity and measurement
  • Experience in social media and influencer campaigns
  • A passion for great brand marketing and experience leading creative development & media planning for both Brand and Direct Response advertising
  • Confidence to line manage colleagues and support their continued development
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong communicator at all levels
  • Collaborative and strong team player; comfortable working with and leading project teams
  • Able to manage external agency partners and develop strong stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with market research and brand tracking
  • Creative thinker who is also comfortable working with numbers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high growth, fast-paced work environment
